Our main focus is on companies (including small and medium-sized enterprises, financial intermediaries and banks, and companies belonging to multinational groups), but we have also gained extensive experience in assisting managers, directors, professionals and self-employed persons in general. We have also assisted public bodies in litigation on several occasions.
Our services range from day-to-day labour law consultancy to assistance in extraordinary transactions (such as mergers, demergers and company transfers in general), from assistance in social security matters to the structuring of executive or self-employed work assignments, from assistance in company reorganisations and restructurings to the management of labour relations; last but not least, we assist our clients in labour and social security litigation at all levels of justice, up to the Court of Cassation.

Trade Union
- Assistance in trade union information and consultation procedures at local and ministerial level (procedures pursuant to Article 47 of Law 428/90 in the context of company transfers, procedures pursuant to Articles 4 and 24 of Law 223/91 in the context of collective redundancies, consultation procedures in the context of applications for ordinary and extraordinary redundancy payments, etc.).

Social security and safety at work
- Advice on social security
- Assistance to companies and professionals in disputes against social security institutions (disputes relating to the employer's contribution obligations, also in relation to joint and several liability in contracts, disputes arising from the challenge of measures of official registration in social security management, etc.).
- Advice and assistance in solving problems relating to safety at work (e.g. advice on drafting the delegation of functions under Article 16 TUSL).
