Since 2010 we have been providing qualified advice and assistance in all aspects of labour law, trade union law and social security law, both in court and out of court.

We have gained significant experience in assisting companies and businesses operating in various sectors, from private healthcare to finance, from luxury to publishing, from commercial distribution to manufacturing.

Our aim is to assist clients in the management of complex legal issues and to offer comprehensive advice on corporate decisions and strategies in the field of labour law, giving priority to the needs and objectives of our clients.

In addition to out-of-court activities, we regularly represent clients before judicial authorities throughout the country, also through a network of contacts with leading law firms developed and consolidated over the years, as well as before administrative bodies and authorities, including the National Labour Inspectorate.

We also advise on self-employment and management matters (intellectual performance contracts, coordinated and continuous collaborations, agency relationships, corporate governance appointments), as well as on the protection of the rights of executives (both in relation to the structuring of assignments and in relation to the execution and termination of relationships).

The Firm's head office is in Brescia, but we also usually operate in Milan by virtue of a consolidated partnership with Studio Borlone Papi Rossi e Associati - Division of Libonati Jaeger, specialising in commercial and corporate law, of which Fabio Lupi has been Of Counsel for employment law matters for over a decade.
