AVV. FABIO LUPI

Profile: Founder and owner of the Firm, Fabio Lupi practises law in the courts of Brescia and Milan.

Since 2011, he has been Of Counsel for employment law matters of the law firm Borlone Papi Rossi e associati - Division of Libonati Jaeger in Milan. Previously, he collaborated with Avv. Prof. Loriana Zanuttigh, former professor of civil procedural law at the University of Brescia, at her office in Pavia, dealing mainly with labour law in the health sector (2005 - 2010).

Education: Graduated with full marks and honours from the Faculty of Law of the University of Brescia (2002), he qualified as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Brescia. He has been a member of the Bar Association of Brescia since 2007 and a member of the Register of Cassationists since 2019.

He graduated from the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions of the University of Brescia (2004) and attended the School of Advanced Training in Labour Law (AGI - Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani and Council of the Bar Association of Milan, 2008/10). He attended the Advanced Course in Labour Law (2011/12, 2012/13 and 2016/17), the Advanced Course in Social Security Law (2013/2014) and the Advanced Course in Data Protection and Data Governance (2018) at the State University of Milan.

He attended the Centro de Enseñanza Superior Luis Vives-CEU (Centro adscrito a la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, Madrid) as part of the Erasmus programme (1999/00).

Memberships and associations: He has been a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani) since 2010 and of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) since 2014.

Profile: Sara Gandini has been working with the firm since the beginning of 2018.
